I wont upload too many pics because i'm sure everyone knows what a standard GTi looks like. I'm not planning on doing too many mods to it in my first year as im only 20 but i do want to do a bit of colour coding and get a really good sound system installed.
Anyway thats me and I hope I can be a valuable member of this forum.

-
Thanks again for all the warm welcomes. Yea I just used one of the comparison websites, got the cheapest quote (from elephant) then went to them direct, im paying just over 1400 for the year.

I live in grantham. Know it?
-
yeah just down the road from my folks, i used to play rugby against grantham! im from the horrible town of spalding! :chicken:
-
haha. Not too far away then, I sometimes work in spalding.
-
unlucky! so glad i got out of there!! i do almost sound like a snob but the only reason i visit is to see friends and family and get some decent sausages, the town has gone down hill rapidly in the 8 years since i left, im sure it was much nicer once. oh actually maybe not!! :rolleye:
enjoy your stay here rich, its gonna start getting expensive soon, if you need any help being convinced of a new exhaust im going up there in a couple of weeks!
-
Welcome Rich! :drinking:
I wouldn't hang around here too much if your planning on keeping your wallet's contents intact! :innocent:
-
lol I know the drill. I was recommended this site from ukmkivs forum and it was the same there. But serious mods for me end up costing much more due to insurance so I really cant spend much to begin with - and I need to restore my savings a bit after spending it all buying the car, so as for that exhaust - KEEP AWAY lol
-
Welcome along matey :pomppomp:
