Title: Consol bushes..What are they?

Evening..
Just had car in for MOT, service and cam follower change, on the advisories from the service it mentions consol bushes worn / excessive movement.
I think 2 front and 1 rear, maybe other way round....
Anyway, what do they do and how easy are they to change? How much for garage to change?
I should have asked when I was in there but felt like crap and wanted just to get home  :sick:

Car passed MOT with no work required which is good...

Not sure how much the parts are but it shouldnt be more than 1hr labour. You should also get the alignment checked just to make sure nothing has moved.

i got the super pro ones. cost me £45 installed including tracking/alignment.
