The Car
ED30, 100K , Full service , runs sweetas a nut , recently fitted CAI
The symptoms
Car struggles to reach 90 degrees , sits at 75 odd , goes up to 90 somtimes (stationary/crawling) heating is working fine , nice hot blowers etc butgoes back down to 75 even when driving for 20-30 minutes
any ideas what this might be? cost to repair etc

Main thermostat gone, very common.
The part itself is cheap, about £30, labour is the killer, it's buried under the front of the engine. 3 hours approx

Thanks bro ! the car is still underdealer warranty so ill let them know what needs sorting ! its in for cambelt and water pump next thursday isit worth doing this at the same time labour wise?
