Title: Cat/downpipe info help needed

Hi, I want to remove the precat from my mk6 gti fitted with the tsi engine, but I want to get another cat/downpipe to modify that instead of smashing mine to bits!! Will a standard mk5 golf gti/leon off the tfsi engine fit and work ok as there are more second hand units for me to choose from?

A mk5 Downpipe will fit but if your going through the hassle of removing the downpipe, you may aswell change the downpipe for a 3inch downpipe.

More noticable and frees up some power
