Title: Black windscreen wash cap
Post by: Lewo on February 23, 2017, 07:50:36 pm
Was in TPS today getting a few bits but they had trouble locating it in their system gave them the part number  1KO 955455
and it was bringing up the blue one that's fitted already.
I managed to get the black expansion bottle cap 3CO121321
Any ideas?

Yeah cheers seen that. Sure I must be able to get one through TPS but will go to Alex if not.
Just wondered those that have got them through TPS which car did you use to get them to bring the black one up on the parts system, Audi perhaps?

After a bit more research the reason why the guy couldn't find it is they don't do a black one lol so ordered one from Alex.
Maybe the part numbers thread can be amended?

Thought about spraying the blue ones black with a can of spray paint mate? Saw someone do it on a build thread and it came out quite well

A friend painted his and it didn't take too long for the paint to start cracking where the bendy 'hinge' bit is.

That was I was thinking as it's a flexi part.
