Title: COOLING FAN PROBLEM STILL new images from VCDS

hello i am still having an issue with my cars cooling fans here is a vid on what they are doing

i have already changed
both fans (could they be faulty)
both coolant sensors
both relays in fuse box

does anyone have any ideas please its been doing it for around a year now and it is so annoying if i take the fuse out and put it straight back in then it stops, also if i flick the ignition quickly on and off again it stops it.

here are some reading on my vagcom don't think it should read -48,
could anyone with any ideas please reply
