Title: Mk5 1.4s induction kit?
Post by: Danielle98 on February 28, 2017, 11:32:23 am
Just bought an Mk5 1.4s 80hp for my first car. It already has a GTI bodykit on and colour wrap so I am wanting to improve its performance a bit or improve its sound. Found an induction kit on ebay but just want to be sure it's the right fit for that car and also would it actually make the car worse off with it? Read alot there is little can be done with a 1.4s but hoping for an induction kit.

Thanks

Don't waste your money on an induction for that engine. If you want more power it's better to save and get a more powerful version.

That filter will be ideal for a bit more noise mate.

Good first car and if you go easy on the mods you won't lose much cash when you come to move on.
