Few years back they had a bad reputation on the forums but I think they have sorted them self's out now

Yeah do some googling on 'JBS R32 VVT attack' and 'JBS R32 turbo kits' to get some background.  Plenty of chatter about it on R32OC.com

Personally, I would never give a business money that has a defensive attitude on forums, whether they have got their act together over time or not.  It's best for businesses to just stay away from controversial chatter and not risk damaging their reputation.  Or if they really must, then be very careful with what they say and how it comes across.

Anyway, they're not a household name when it comes to TFSI tuning, but let's be honest, they're all much of a muchness.  Just avoid really cheap 'man in a van' flash maps that have no provenance.

Drive to R-Tech. It's not that far from you.

I dealt with them a while ago (assuming we're talking about the same people here, in Chesterfield) and while I didn't have a bad experience with them they didn't come across as particularly professional. That was a while ago, in the 1.8T days.

I remember all the negative stuff on the forums. They might have sorted their act out, but while there are mappers like Mr Gower around, it seems an odd choice to dip your toe in murky water.
