H&R
-
H&R on a Gti will lower by 30mm
-
VWR for 20mm max.
-
I've heard that the AP springs provide a 20mm drop also.
-
Eibach and Koni FSD's
-
i'd reccomend the vw racing ones too. they retain the comfort of the car quite well
-
VWR Springs for me - love the look and ride (paired with Bilstein B8s) on mine.
-
Vwr (pretty sure they are Eibach) get my vote and lower it by approx 25mm
-
As others have said H&R the specs say 30mm but mine was closer to 25mm.
Rides like stock but good looking drop.

H&R - had them on my Golf and on my Cayman S...cant go wrong with them!
-
AP and ST both offer 20mm springs for the GTi.
