Title: TURBO OVERBOOSTING!!!!!!!!

I had s VCDS scan on my GT TDI today , was loosing power on boost and going into limp mode ,until a switch off then it would reset and it would be ok for a bit ,here's the codes and results ,my local garage is saying replace the turbo but what do you guys think ?
