Title: Rear Engine Mount Help!

Had a downpipe installed few weeks back and on saturday a bracket broke... garage welded back and told me to buy a rear engine mount as it judders a bit when taking off... is he on about the below?

Yup that's it! That's just one of the inserts though. Is the mount itself damaged? That will definitely stiffen up the engine movement, I have one in mine and there's more vibration now on takeoff.
