Title: a stutter on acceleration mk6 gti
Post by: petem86 on March 28, 2017, 11:03:49 am
hi all,

so basically when accelerating, sometimes hard, something very gently, it seems like the car just dies for a second and then picks up again. its that noticeable, that when it happens its like youve tapped the brakes and move forward before full acceleration starts again.

i have changed the DV to a DV+ and while this seemed to help, its back agian, although not as much.
Are there any other things i could check?

no error codes, or lights or anything, and the car is driving generally fine.

Cheers!
