Hello am a new member on here and was wondering how you put the seats back when you slide them forward to let someone in the back?
Mine slide forward but them dont slide back without using the position handle.
-
I think the top handle is used to stop the seat sliding back on it's own on a hill. Very useful. :happy2:
-
as above mine slide back to position on the rails and then you just have to lift the handle to make the top of the seat drop back in to place :happy2:
-
You have to keep the top half of the seat pushed forward all the way as you slide the base back if that makes sense? :happy2:
-
Mine never work, always end up crushing rear passengers legs lol!
-
interesting seeing this thread, im looking at buying coilovers just now but at £750 i was wondering if there is another option.. this stance looks good, but im wondering whats the ride like now?
cheers for any info i can get :) im new to this whole modding thing and ill play the girly card :pomppomp:

Are you blonde by any chance :P :signLOL:

If you use the handle on top of the seat that returns the seat back to the memory position? Shouldn't be any need to touch the seat adjusters..............
Well it does on mine anyway?
Oh and no need to fit coilovers on seats!

sounds like easy entry has gone, you can get a modified clip and cable holder that goes under the seat. pop to your local vw dealer they will know all about it
-
As long as you slide it back before tilting the back rest back it should go back to its previous position. If you do it the other way round then it won't slide back without using the handle under the seat.
-
Going to try this in the morning, thought there was something wrong with the thing.
-
Any luck?
