Title: Rust under wheel arches BOTH SIDES :(

Hello, had my MK5 now for 7 months with various modifications now and easily pushing 270hp and she flies but i have noticed some really bad rust underneath both wheel arches, and the paint has started to bubble a little bit. Are these best to to replace or get resprayed, planning to keep for another 2 years.
