Car wont go over 3k revs.
Stage 2 plus ed30.
Nothing comes up on vag.com.
Only happens on full boost setting but was fine for months before that.
Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have to cycle the ignition to return boost or does it happen all the time?
Eg. If it is going into limp mode to protect the engine from overboost, cycling the ignition will normally resolve the issue until it happens again.
This will normally result in a fault being logged.
If it is always lacking boost, regardless of cycling the ignition, check for loose or split boost hoses, loose boost hoses Connections, seals clips etc.
You can normally hear them if this is the case.

What do you mean cycle the ignition?
If I run the car on my low boost setting it's fine. Holds boost fine. My gauge doesn't drop at all.
-
The car goes into limp mode if boost is higher than expected.
By cycle ignition, I mean turn key to off then turn on and start engine again.
Doing this normally resets limp mode, which is when the car limits revs and boost to protect the engine when it detects boost outside of its acceptable range.
It doesn't sound like this is the case for you though.

I had this problem last week just before going on holiday. I was waiting for the traffic lights to go and then I had a massive loss of power, with the car juddering and then dying when I stopped on another lights. Turning the ignition on and off cured the problem for about 10 seconds and then the car would start juddering again but not much loss of power. I had to call AA who couldn't do much but at least the patrol followed me home in case I would get stranded. So their diagnostic scan came up with the following:
P3193: Intake-manifold/in-cylinder flow flap
Stop outside valid range
P0441: Evaporative emission regeneration system
Flow rate faulty
P0238: Boost pressure sensor
Signal too high
P0234: Boost pressure control
Above control limit
P0236: Boost pressure sensor
Signal improbable
I was aware of the P0441 code but the other ones were logged after the fault.
I am still on holiday so will only take the car to the mechanic on 30/05. In 4 moths of ownership this car never had more than a month without a problem. Anyway, more money out my pocket :(

It's never juddered or cut out. Drives perfectly fine except for going over 3k revs

Data logging needed..... otherwise its guesswork

I thought the problem I have was the coil packs so yesterday I replaced all four coils but the problem is still there. Car is going to the mechanic on Monday. It's cutting out and juddering a lot. Yesterday before I changed the coil packs it cut out 5 times. One of the times it left me in a dangerous situation in a junction and the car cut out on a yellow box (I hope there was no cameras).
From a positive point of view it was the first time ever I performed some mechanic DIY on a car (apart of light bulbs). It was a nice feeling had them replaced by myself (with thelp of youtube). This must be very easy to a lot of people but I was scared as hell.
Anyway, will give an update next week.

Did you get your car sorted? Mine went to mechanic yesterday and looks like my turbo will have to be rebuilt :( Not sure yet but there was a turbocharger fault code (don't know which one). Waiting for a call to check what is the real problem.

I am glad.to report that the problem is now resolved. The wiring of the O2 sensor was bad.
Cheers guys.
