Title: Installing rcd 510 into an 07 Gti

Hi all,

Am looking for some help, I've recently brought an rcd 510, but need to get a canbus gateway to prevent battery drain, I've spoken to the guy who sold me the unit and he has one for sale with the Part No. 3C0 907 530 C.

Will this be a straight plug n play to my car or will it need coding at all, currently doing my nt in trying to find answers and keep the costs down, any help much appreciated! :happy2:

Will need coded to your car spec, ideally you want it done in the car. But @Pashka (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=5723) sells them pre-coded
