Title: Mk5 gti standard brakes
Post by: Rossmk5gti on June 02, 2017, 09:41:42 am
Just curious if the mk5 standard brakes differ from those on the normal golf I would say they're most likely a larger brake disk?

There are about 4 different front brake setups over the mk5 range.

345mm
312mm
288mm
280mm

312, yes.

I'll hazard a guess and say:

R32 345mm
GTI 312mm
2.0 FSI/Diesel 288mm
1.4/1.6 FSI 280mm
