Title: Ahhhh! Help! No keys coded to my car!
Post by: Apearcey on June 08, 2017, 07:25:55 pm
A mate of mine has tried adapting a new key to my mk5 gti 05
He's somehow managed to wipe ALL the keys from the car and now it won't do anything. We can read the cluster, but the second we try to do anything with the immobiliser it comes up with "not responding"

Help!

My key code is also 0000 now instead of the actual 4 digit number it was!

If you try and code key to immobilisor I believe it wipes all the keys , you can't just "add one".

With vcds you have to do all keys at he same time. Existing and new one. New one must have precoded chip.
