Title: Clutch for Ko4 conversion
Post by: jacobrownoly on June 15, 2017, 12:45:04 am
Interested in doing the ko4 conversion on the BWA engine. I have read that the BWA engine is strong enough but I do realise I will probably need to uprate the clutch.

I don't really know enough about clutches so what exactly will I need? I see you can get clutch kits and a flywheel, do I need to get both?

what do I need for the least amount of money? If I can get something for a max of £500-£600 then I will maybe justify going ko4.

Thanks for the advice.

Hi jack
Go for a helix organic clutch, ideally you'd need a new DMF flywheel as welll I think the kit is £800 I believe.
