Title: clunking / knocking noise
Post by: njdudsbury on June 17, 2017, 10:15:04 pm
Car has developed a clunking / knocking noise from front end. Only does it on right lock forward and reverse but only when setting off. You can drive round in circles with right lock on and its quiet! Thought it may be cv joint but I'm not so sure now. Any ideas or experience of this??
Thanks

Could be subframe shifting common problem.

I had this kit it worked for abit then the knocking started again.
I've bought the Tyrol deadset kit and no more knocking, plus it's tightened the front end up lovely.
