Hello I'm having a bit of trouble sourcing an intercooler pipe for my Gti 2007 BWA. Someone has split the end and tried to repair it. I had 2 pipes from a BWA but doesn't fit mine but matches VW maindealers part numbers. Anyone know what the part number is for mine? (mine is the top one in the picture )
Cheers. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170724/ae41992ccca230565e7cd01a08f7194c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170724/3b04479e81b07cefb070f161d645f189.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170724/9d69b6e9d0727fd6dbc574cb1ef9705d.jpg)

What part number have the main dealers given you? ie What part number is showing correct for your car, but isnt if that makes sense.

W1KO 145 832 B is the part number given from VW and the hose I got in the lower picture. But doesn't fit cause the locating lugs one the metal pipe is in a different place.

From what I can see there are 2 different part numbers for that hose for the BWA engine, depending on build year/chassis number. The part number they have quoted you looks right from what ETKA shows but it may be you had the earlier hose fitted for some reason. Anyway, part number of the other hose to try is 1K0 145 832E. Ask them to order it in then at least you can compare.

Ok thanks for the advice, didn't realise they did 2 different types of hoses
