Thought the tips were stainless steel?
If so mine have gone rusty. Tried cleaning them but it looks like all shinny colour has worn off what can i do or get to get them back shinny again?

Try a product called AUTOSOL this stuff is amazing i bought it last week from halfrauds :sick: costs about £5 :happy2:

my exhaust tips where a fair bit black and looking dull but this stuff just made them look like new :congrats: :congrats:

Agree with Scott, although you may need some fine wire wool if they are as bad as you say! :happy2:
Once you have removed the black/rust give them a buff up with a MF cloth.

And also what is a MF cloth?
Is it a micro fibre cloth by any chance?

i use autosol on my standard exhaust and it works a treat. I put plenty on, leave it a minute or 2, then buff it off with any old bit of rag (i use an old t-shirt). Apply a bit off pressure when you buff it off and it will come up good as new :happy2:

........i use the same on my Milltek, quick wipe over & it's spotless.

Just ordered all products to clean exhaust tips so will let you know how i go on and will post pics up too.
