Title: Bwa timing chain replace.. Without tool

Hi I'm soon to tackle the cambelt and timing chain... First I want to just try the chain and Tensioner.. Without disturbing the bolt for the adjuster.. Is it possible to take the inlet cam out to slacken the timing chain to get to the Tensioner... Or is it totally about taking the adjuster off?

Get the genuine tool and do it properly. Save yourself a bid headache

You don't want to get into cam removal on this engine.

The adjuster isn't a problem if you follow the advice given on this forum  :happy2:
