So ive had these wheels for a while with 35' profiles but my mate said it would be better if i got 40' or 45' would these fit without rubbing?
Im aware of a 'screw mod' people do for more space but ill have to look in to that i guess.

What width tyre are you using and have you lowered the car?

The cars not lowered and currebtly using 235 / 35

Ok well if you get your calculator out and crunch some rolling radius numbers, you will see that 235/35 tyres have @5mm taller radius than the stock 225/40*18. My car was occasionally rubbing the arch on that stock size / ET51 Monzas using VWR suspension with a 20mm drop. Moving to 235/40*19 would be a further 12mm taller sidewall, hence @17mm more than the 18" stock and would likely be ok without the arch liner screw mod. Suspect you would start running into trouble with 45 profile, especially if you have a low ET / offset pushing the wheel further out in the arch.

That's the correct profile so you don't increase the tyre diameter.
