Title: Bootlid / tailgate swap

I need to get a used tailgate as mine has a ding in which I tried to get out and ballsed it up.
Will any mk5 bootlid fit? And does the gti spoiler fit over the standard mk5 spoiler?

Also be mindful of the model year as early examples (2004-2005) have blue tinted windows and the aerial that's installed discreetly inside the tailgate. Later models (2006+) uses green tint to lower costs and an external aerial setup that mounts on the roof.

Strange, my early 2005 has the aerial mounted on the roof...

Mine has the aerial on the roof (55 plate)
The bootlid I may be buying is from a 58 plate.

Can anyone confirm about the spoiler swapping over?
