Might be an obvious answer to this but I am at a loss. Have just bought some Eibach spacers for my GTI and need to order some new lugs. I know that I need 14x1.5 with a 17 head. I am going for 40mm thread with radius seating but have 2 options of r12/r14. Anyone help with the last bit?
Thanks

If wheels are oem...they should be r12.
If wheels are 5x112 aftermarket...you may want to find a 12mm and 14mm radius and check the wheel's ball seat radius yourself.

Thanks for the response. They are oem 18” Monza 2. I will take one of the originals off and have a look. What does the r12/14 refer to?
Cheers

Radius 12 or 14mm maybe?

It's the radius of the ball-seat...https://www.google.com/search?q=r12+and+r14+wheel+bolt+drawing&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi0kPm30O7WAhVEjVQKHSfNAxgQ_AUICygC&biw=1333&bih=606#imgrc=QHA_CtN4LHSBdM:
Correct radius fitment is like needing the same angle if these were conical bolts. Although I believe all conical use the same angle.
