Title: Any feedback from Colchester Inchcape Volkswagen for servcing?

Hello, has anyone used Colchester Inchcape for servicing?

I am looking for any feedback please good or bad.

Yes they have done a fair bit on my Edition 30.  I am very picky but so far they've been great.  They replaced a rusty wing no questions asked and got a perfect paint match.  Loads of services, MOTs, cambelts, tyres, 4 wheel alignment etc etc.  All good.  They send you a video of the technician going round the car on the ramp when they do a post MOT health check, which is a nice touch.

Get to know Trevor in parts.  And also John and David and Ipswich Volkswagen.  They'll look after you.

I've seen a Pirelli and a red Edition 30 roaming around Colchester regularly.  Either of those yours?

Inchcape are happy for you to supply your own oil for the servicing too.  I only use Mobil 1 in my engines  :smiley:

Sorry no, you might have seen a black 2006 or now a sliver 2011.
