Guys, can anyone tell me the type/brand of transmission fluid to use on my Manual 2005 Mk5 Gti ?

You really must use the genuine OEM oil otherwise the gear change will suffer. Don’t be tempted by aftrmarket stuff like Millers NT as it is less good in this gearbox. Darkside is a decent supplier and I can also recommend an S3 shifter and their solid bushings to subtly tighten things up further.
