Always had a thing for mk5 Gtis, so I finally bit the bullet for bought one!
Managed to bag myself a Graphite blue, 3 door 2005 gti with DSG box too, heated leather, blue glass and factory xenons (which i've been told is all part of the winter pack?), 75k miles and full history with just 2 previous owners! :)
I've been in and out of VAG cars over the last few years, mainly being 2 MK1 Leon Cupras, one of which was unfortunately written off 8 days into ownership which is when i bought hte GTI.
I've also owned a Bora V6 4motion which i absolutely loved.
It does need a couple of small bits, the drivers door loom needs replacing as it's got a few chewed up wires meaning my speakers in my drivers door don't work, as well as a possible thermostat, other than that it seems good!
Are there many active members aroudn the Buckinghamshire area on here?
