Hey peeps, I recently bought a GTI Pirelli in black (which I love) but it didn't come with the Pirelli alloys, does anyone know where i can get a set from or is selling any that won't break my bank account? thanks

What’s your budget?
-
What is the going rate for a set of these in mint condition? Never seen a set for sale , so have no idea
-
Hi,
I have a set of Pirelli's on a none Pirelli car, they are very rare I got the only ones I have ever seen for sale, I needed a replacement after an argument with a pot hole, the only single one that I have ever seen and it came from Germany.
I really like them and would not wat to fit wheels that were not fitted to the car as OEM figment if I could avoid it.
So what wheels do you have that could be part of a deal perhaps ?
Regards
Steve
Have a great Xmas and new year everyone !

What do people think then ? Ball park 1k ? More , less?.....

I've seen model exclusive wheels go for £6k before, mainly because a VIN was required to by them from the factory and then the sellers added £1000 on for themselves :stupid: and there were 422 of them vs the 222 of the Pirelli

So what your saying is keep my absolutely mint set of Pirelli Wheels in the bubble wrap( I run different Wheels on my Pirelli edition ) and don’t sell them

Well if I had a Pirelli Edition, I'd keep the factory wheels incase I did ever sell it on, less of an excuse for someone to try and talk down the price for not just storing them. Especially when it's the interior and wheels that really set it apart as a Pirelli Edition.

I saw a set on here when I bought my GTI a couple years ago: http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=105814.0
I thought ~£600 delivered was a good price with tyres for a fair condition set
-
I'm not sure how much they go for, what a price you would be thinking about at selling them at?
-
I’m not really planning on selling to be honest ..... but everything’s got its price !

I forget the member on here, but I know he had a set of Pirelli wheels on ebay for £1k a while back. Insane price for wheels, but if you want to keep the car original...!
Good luck on your hunt :happy2:

Did you see my posting above possibly offering you a solution ?

^^
Heehee - yes, now I remember. Hope you got what you wanted for them. I wouldn't want to try and find a set! It was hard enough for me to find a single Pescara for my ED30!

FYI, they are £744.85 each brand new from VW and there is 1 in stock in the UK
