Title: Pioneer SPH-DA120 and steering wheel controls - MK5 2008 with MFSW

Hopefully someone can help.....

I recently purchased a Pioneer SPH-DA120 from halfords. Also had the ControlPro SWC-VAG QUA fitted.

The steering wheel volume controls work, the star button muted the stereo but none of the other buttons do anything?

Ideally I expected volume up and down, track skip forward and back and telephone button to activate Siri.

I did download the ControlPro app from App Store and put in car model / radio brand and it has a configuration profile for the control switch. Not sure if the fitter has programmed these incorrect and should go back to get it sorted?

Has anyone else had this trouble or managed to resolve it?
Any help would be much appreciated?
