Going to view this tomorrow, any tips on what to look for ?
Have already test drove one dsg, so have an idea of what they pull like. Just need a bit of advice.

Looks a decent example, just do the usual checks as you would for any car, make sure everything works and it drives as you'd expect and scrutinise the service history to make sure it all tallies, good luck. :happy2:

Looks quite a nice specced example with the cruise control, leather, armrest, DSG, MFSW wheel, & highline dash, plus the 18" wheels.
But my negatives - why does it have an R32 drivers pedal rather than a GTI version? Chinese head unit that looks OEM?
Without any service history data we can't really tell how good this car is, but there's loads of info on this site of what to look for on the mk5 platform

Walked away from this one.
rust above rear bumper.
Wheels scuffed to bits.
Leathers seats worn away.
Headlights where clouded, so much it looked like they had been sanded.
And it looked like it hadn't been moved in weeks.
Waste of a 14 mile drive. Lol

Sorry to hear it wasn't the one - just shows how pictures can hide stuff, eh?!
Good luck with your hunt - hope you find a decent one soon.
