AnyonAnyone have any experience with a Mk6 GTI convertible? Does the extra weight affect the performance and handling compared to a hardtop?

Only relevant thing I can remember was a Performance VW review of the 6R convertible, which they seemed to say was far better than they expected.

I'd imaging a GTI cab with a good exhaust and tune would be a great little cruising tool. Hell, the mk1 GTI cab's are creeping up in price, so give it 20-30 years and they'll be an investment too... :signLOL:
