Title: VW Service or VAG Specialist Service

So my ED30 is due a service, its on 107000 miles with a full VW service history.  My local dealer who have serviced it for the last 4 years had a change of staff before my last service a year ago, and i can't say the customer service is as good.  So do i go back to them of do i go to a VAG Specialist local to me? Whats your opinions? Would it be detrimental to value or put off a potential buyer?
