Title: What bulbs do the headlights in a MK5 GTi take?

Can anyone help me out, need to replace one of my standard bulbs in my Mk5 and want to make sure I get the right ones!

they're NON xenon, just standard headlights!

The dipped beam are h7 not sure about main beam.

H7 on both the dipped and main beam
