Title: CAM Follower Instructions - Newbie Help Needed

Hi All,

Newbie really, my GTI has a full and comprehensive Service History. However i cannot see that the cam follower has been change, i am now on 40k mile so would like to change myself or get someone to do it.

Any links to a thread explaining how to do it?

I think this is the best video from the ones i've seen on youtube. I followed it and managed to change my cam follower!  :wink:
