Title: 335i - N54 or N55

anyone got experience of these? I bet the N55 is the more reliable engine but the N54 is more tuneable? 

Looking at a touring as i need a performance estate in my life

My mate's got a 335d X drive Touring remapped to 480lbft or something daft like that.  Feels fast as fook as a passenger, but weirdly my ED30 keeps up with it no trouble on the move, but from a standstill it utterly destroys my car  :grin:

N55 far more refined

cheers chaps seen a couple of N55 powered cars but pretty rare in touring form eh
