Title: Front wipers issue

Today my front wipers have started going really slow, and barely making it across and back.  Would this indicate the motor on its way out?

My Audi used to do this. I found lubing the joints in the mechanism would sort it.

I’ve tried spraying the mech etc but still no joy.   Poss motor failure?  All speeds it really struggles on.
