Title: Fitted SuperPRO Ball joints, hubs and brakes today - wheel alignment
Post by: Christiank on August 11, 2018, 09:30:04 pm
Hi guys,
So want to know what you guys are running the alignment for front wheels?

I installed superPRO ball joints that can be adjusted like the Audi TT ones..

Not sure if this has some to say, but running 225/40/18 wheels and the car have Bilstein B12 sportline kit

I run 1.5 deg of camber with my SP balljoints and would recommend similar on rear. Toe out is @5min on front and rear for quicker turn in.

SP bjs won’t go out as far as 2.25, trust me I tried!

So guess.. Finally got the job done. Swapping from alloy hubs back to fresh refurbed steel ones.

As the topic tittle says the Superpro ball joints are also installed - However now I got a problem with the alignment of the front wheels.

The ball joints says "L" and R" so guessing not much can go wrong there. But I can't my passanger (right) side to be -1.5? In fact it doesn't go negative at all? Left side (drivers) is about the -1.50 … Think it's -1.47 or something right now since I need to figure out why I can't get right side negative..

Anyone got any ideas to what could be the issue?  :drinking:
