Title: Removing Tree Sap

Suggestions on this one please.... I parked under a tree to keep the car in the shade, but then it rained before I got back, leaving grimey spots. It had already dried by the time I got home, and although I cleaned it off with car shampoo, I still have traces apparent when I'm drying it off with a synthetic chamois. It's not visible when dry, and the car is shiny, but obviously there must still be some residue there. It must be very tiny particles

Any suggestions? I've cleaned it today and its bugging me.  Autoglym do an intensive tar remover, which I have seen on the tinterweb saying it's for tree sap as well. Is it any good - anyone? Any other suggestions. Luckily it's not on the sides - only the roof and bonnet, which figures.... Could do with a recommendation, please....

try claying it with some quick detailer as lube.

Autoglym tar remover is only ok at removing tar, maybe it'd be ok on something less harsh like tree sap.
