Steel grey GTI. Didn't look like an ED30 but had black pescaras with a red lip and was lowered.
Plate spacing changed to make it look like a name. Began NA55.
Parked up near the Marloborough School in Small Heath, Birmingham.
Spotted around 1500 12/2/10.
