Black 5 door, with dsg, mfsw, highline, rns510, parking sensors and a sunroof ftw

Only 4 sleeps till i can get my hands on it.

Will be taking a camera with me and if the weather is good hope to stop on the way home and get a few snaps.

Hedge, had to get and Eddy as after watching all you guys get in excess of 300 ponies with the K04 at the Surrey RR day, t'was the only way to go I think you'll heartly agree. :drinking:

Great combo choice Thor.

I went to Awesome on Thursday and saw the Red Stage 3 MKVI GTI they have for a customer. 372bhp and 392lbft ain't bad for starters but would have meant you wouldn't have bought an ED30 if you went that way!

Thanks Hurdy, i read about that MKVI that Awesome have converted in Golf+ magazine reckon they could have had 400bhp if the car was the right colour, as Greenouse has said

In the fastest colour too!  :jumpmove:

Hey Skavia, trust yours is running well on a diet of V Power now after the RR day in Surrey

Thanks Nick :drinking:

Willl go for a remap, zorst and panel filter to begin with, saving my pennies now so i can get it all done at once.  Want to get bluetooth fitted as well. :happy2:  oh and the reversing camera looks like it will make it onto the list.

Promise to put some photos up on wednesday when i get back home from picking the car up, might be late though

the zorst is the biggest expense and i would say stage 1 might be enough for a bit anyway. dont think i noticed a big difference with stage 2.  need to get it on the rollers really to see what gains i have certainly not the massive leap up to stage 1, im hoping the HPFP and intake im getting will help me notice a bit more power

and i'd love a sunroof anyone know where i can get one?!   :chicken:

when i was looking, was good to see even early ed30 5 door dsg's going for minimum £17200!!.Lots of 3 door manuals for around 15k. Dsg and 5 door seem to ask a higher price.
Good news. Wonder what id get since i payed £18250 2 years ago and 25000 less miles

Prices seem to be holding up, dealer i did the deal at yesterday said there is a 6 - 7 month delivery time on new MK6 GTI's and this is keeping up prices on new used MK6 GTI's and High spec MK5's.
