Title: Recaro wingbacks weight

Been a good while since I was last on here, good to see its still going.

Anyways

Is there any weight difference between the wingbacks and normal gti/mk6 r etc seats?

Obviously not expecting them being super light but just wondering what they weight in comparison.

From personal experience of dealing with my own set, no difference in weight sadly. Think they're marginally heavier as it goes, but maybe I was tired by the time I fitted mine... :signLOL:

Was just intrested to know , was trying to find answers on Google and it took me to the b7 rs4 forum and one guy seemed to be claiming they were almost 20kgs lighters for a pair. So 10kgs each less. Can't find anything definite

Agreed. When I fitted mine I couldn't feel any difference in weight between the Recaro's and the standard set. I would say definitely not 10kg difference.  :smiley:
