Title: Rear View Camera mk6 boot handle playing up

Good Evening Gents,

My Son has a MK 6 roc fitted to his car by Eddienl some years ago , just recently the boot has taken to not opening the camera still works fine . I took the trim off the other day disconnected the wiring had a little wiggle around put it back together and it worked fine

Has anyone any advice or does it need a new handle ?

For me it's more frequent to have broken camera wires, not the small electric motor that pulls the camera out. Must have been some bad electric connection. :thinking:

I would suggest taking the car back for Eddie to have a look at it. I’m sure he would be willing to do so if he installed the camera in the first place.

It was six years ago ! . It’s just a niggly fault.

Not sure if it’s the catch or the handle
