Hi, I have kufatec adaptors and complete xenons that I want to retrofit to my GTI.
If I'm not wiring up the shutter do I still need VCDS to get the xenons working once fitted?
-
Yes or it will be "disco time" :P

Need to code it as xenons installed without shutters otherwise you’ll get error on dash

Not only error, but the xenons will flicker like all's hell. Like @coolhandluke (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1386) says - "disco time"! :pomppomp:
