Hi guys!
You are one of few that I think can help me!
Sorry for hijacking your forum but I have an Amarok. But I have read that you are great at refitting stereos. Got an Amarok -13. Wanted to be able to play sound through SD-card. But did not wanted to add an non VW radio. Founded one from a Amarok 16-17 isch.. Composition media. Worked liked a charm. For some days. Then it got locked.

Am I scrued?

VW dealer are not able to connect to the radio.

Hi Michael, try ebay.uk there's a seller on there who will send you your radio code for around £10. You supply the radio serial numbers and he sends the code back as a message.
It's strange it worked then locked itself though. Does it now show 'SAFE' on the screen?
