Title: Can I use VCDS to recode an immo4 cluster?

I've got an '06 Jetta TFSI that currently got a glitchy screen. I'd like to replace the cluster with one from an '06 GTI.

What components will I need and can I simply use VCDS to recode the 'new' cluster with data from my 'old' one?
