Title: Can I use an APR downpipe with a REVO Stage 2 Tune?

I have a spare APR downpipe from my old MK6 GTI. I've got a MK5 Jetta TFSI currently running an unknown downpipe (was fitted by the previous owner) mated to a Milltek cat-back and a stage 2 REVO tune.

Will I be able to swap out the unknown brand for the APR one with no retune required?

Might be worth comparing the MK5 and MK6 APR part numbers on their website.  They do look very similar though.
