Is it just me or does everyone else's passenger seat belt clip hit the door pillar when gp8ng round corners? I mean the silver metal part that's attached to the actual bekt
-
cant say I've really noticed, but i'll listen out for that next time I drive it.
try adjusting the top of the belt holder up or down to see if it helps at all, probs wont but worth a try.
-
Its like the seat belt isn't taught enough (it's not slack or anything) and when I go over speed bumps at an angle and the car rocks slightly sided to side then the metal clip / buckle hits the plastic trim on the centre door post. Mines a 5 door
-
strange, stick a rubber pad on the plastic trim lol

There is usually a loop of extra belt just below where it goes into the clip to stop it happening.

Yeah i see the loop that's on mk6 versions but I can't see what's needed to make it?
I read to try to move the adjuster up to the top to make the belt more taught against the pillar
