How do chaps.
Just after a bit of personal preference on how you reckon this linkage looks:

before I start on the box side of things thought I'd check out the selector as that's were the sound when it sort of jumps about is coming from. The only thing I can think of is that the two pilot holes on the White bush and selector don't line up and I'm sure that's got something to do with the neutral position.
Anyway many thanks chaps if any information can be shed. Luke.

Quick off topic question can I ask how you removed the leather surround. Mine squeaks during changes on cold morning and was thinking it might need small spray of white grease to solve it.

Best thing to do is to have a look at the forge website at the quickshift kit. Instructions are on there but it's a bit of a pain.
It's easier for me to say that as appose to giving instructions because I'm on the phone.

The 2 holes you allude to, are there to put the gear select mechanism in the datum position prior to adjusting the linkage. you put a bent nail through both holes.
